Pilates Sculpt

Barre

This class will help you build a strong core, sculpt lean muscle and increase flexibility. You will learn proper form and technique to maximize the benefits of each exercise. Get ready to sweat as you move through a fusion of practices that will leave you feeling energized and empowered.

 

Hatha Yoga

A slower, meditative practice intended to draw your attention inwards, bringing you into a moving meditation. The Class flows through your classic yoga postures, held fro 8-10 breaths.

Candlelight Strenght Pilates

Slow, strong and set by candlelight, this class blends the burn of strenght with the calm of breath and ambiance.

 

Barre + Pilates Flow

A fusion of sculpting, core-focused strenght and low-impact movement designed to help you feel strong, balanced and energized

 

Vinyasa Yoga

The perfectly paced practice- not too fast, but not too slow. A more dynamic practice that flows through a series of sequenced poses, held for 3-5 breaths, synching breath and movement.

Strenght

Structured exercise sessions designed to build muscle strength, endurance, and overall fitness through resistance training

 

Yin Yoga

We recommend bringing extra layers—such as cozy socks, a sweater, or a blanket to stay warm and fully supported as the body softens into stillness. 

Slow-paced style of yoga that focuses on long-held, passive postures, targeting the deep connective tissues. An invitation to tune inwards, release tension and find ease. Suitable for practitioners of all levels.

HIIT Mobility

30 minutes of High-Intensity Interval Training  & 20 minutes of  movement efficiency by focusing on both active and passive stretching, joint rotations, and muscle activation.

Bring shoes for the first part of the class.

 

Power Yoga

An energizing, fast-paced class designed for experienced yogis looking to challenge their strength, stamina, and focus. Expect dynamic sequences, 1 breath holds, and advanced transitions that push physical limits while deepening breath control and mental clarity. This class is ideal for those familiar with vinyasa-style flow and ready to take their practice to the next level.
